We ship to destinations throughout Japan.

Please note that certain products, such as batteries and oils or other lubricants, as well as shipments to remote islands, may require special shipping arrangements. In such cases, please contact us for further information.

For international orders, we generally ship to major destinations worldwide. However, depending on the destination country or region and the product, shipping may not be available. If you are ordering from outside Japan, please contact us in advance to confirm availability.

For domestic shipments within Japan, certain products may only be available for delivery to a designated carrier service center for pickup, or may require a special shipping service.

Delivery Dates & Tracking

International Shipping

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and other taxes or customs clearance fees may be charged in addition to the product price and shipping cost by the destination country.

These charges are generally the responsibility of the customer.

Please also note that delivery may take longer than usual due to customs procedures in the destination country or other local circumstances.

If a product cannot be shipped to a particular country or region, we will inform you individually.

Payment

Customers in Japan

Payment is made by bank transfer.

After placing your order, we will provide our bank account details by email. Any bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

International Customers

Payment is made via PayPal.

After placing your order, we will provide payment instructions by email.

Payment Deadline

Payment must be completed within 7 days of placing your order.

Your order will be formally placed once we have confirmed your payment.

Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before payment is completed.

Once payment has been received and the order has been formally placed, cancellations due to customer convenience cannot be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference or convenience after delivery.

However, we will assist you in the following cases:

• The product has an initial defect.
• You received a product different from the one you ordered.
• The product was damaged during shipping.
• Any other issue caused by an error on our part.

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. After reviewing the situation, we will provide instructions regarding returns, exchanges, or other appropriate solutions.
