Product Prices

Product prices are displayed on the respective product pages.

All prices displayed on our website include applicable Japanese consumption tax.

Additional Costs

In addition to the product price, the following costs may apply:

  • Shipping costs
  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) fees, for eligible products only

Shipping costs vary depending on the product, its size and weight, the destination, and other factors. Shipping costs will be quoted individually.

Cash-on-Delivery Fees

Cash on delivery is available for selected products shipped within Japan.

The following fees apply:

  • Up to JPY 9,999: JPY 330 (tax included)
  • JPY 10,000–29,999: JPY 440 (tax included)
  • JPY 30,000–99,999: JPY 660 (tax included)
  • JPY 100,000–300,000: JPY 1,100 (tax included)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the product size, weight, destination, and other relevant factors.

Shipping cost estimates are provided free of charge.

For international orders, shipping costs will also be quoted individually based on the product and destination.

Payment Methods

Customers in Japan may pay by bank transfer or, for selected products, cash on delivery.

International customers may pay via PayPal.

Payment Deadline

For bank transfer and PayPal payments, payment must be completed within 7 days of receiving our payment instructions.

For bank transfers, any bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Your order will be formally placed once we have confirmed your payment.

Delivery Time

For products that are in stock, we generally ship within 5 business days after payment has been confirmed.

For products that are not in stock at the manufacturer, made-to-order products, and other products with different lead times, we will provide an estimated delivery and shipping schedule individually.

The time required for delivery after shipment varies depending on the shipping method and destination.

Orders are processed as follows:

  3. Confirm shipping costs, lead time, and other details
  4. Confirm the order details
  5. Make payment
  6. Payment confirmation
  7. Formal placement of the order
  8. Shipment

As shipping costs and lead times may vary depending on the product and destination, we may provide individual details before the order is finalized.

Limited-Time or Limited-Quantity Sales

For limited-time products, limited-quantity products, or products subject to other special sales conditions, the applicable conditions will be stated individually on the respective product pages.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before payment has been completed.

Once payment has been received and the order has been formally placed, cancellations due to customer convenience cannot be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference or convenience after delivery.

However, we will assist you in the following cases, provided that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product:

  • The product has an initial defect.
  • You received a product different from the one you ordered.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • Any other issue caused by an error on our part.

If any of the above applies, please contact us with details of the issue. After reviewing the situation, we will provide instructions regarding returns, exchanges, or other appropriate solutions.

If the return or exchange is due to an error or defect on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

If a refund is required due to a return or other applicable circumstance, the refund will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

International Sales & Shipping

We generally sell and ship products to customers worldwide.

However, certain products may not be available for sale or shipment to certain countries or regions. If this applies to your order, we will inform you individually.

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges may be imposed by the destination country in addition to the product price and shipping costs.

These charges are generally the responsibility of the customer.

Please also note that delivery may take longer than usual due to customs procedures in the destination country or other local circumstances.
