The VOLK RACING ZE40 was born with the concept of “the strongest wheel even 10 years from now”.
The ZE40 was created by gathering the best of technology to realize this idea, and has risen to become the brand’s representative model. The VOLK RACING ZE40 inherits the design philosophy of the ZE40 and is newly designed to be the strongest 4×4 wheel. ZE40X. The spokes are optimized for a vertical cross section that can handle high loads, and the original center part that evokes off-roading is designed to give strength and rigidity to the backside of the cutouts, as well as to enhance design. Furthermore, by connecting the spokes to the rim, the strength is increased to the highest level, and it boasts the ability to easily run over gravel and rough roads. In addition, the balance with lightness is achieved by reducing the thickness through machining, proving that its origins are racing. Not only in terms of performance, but also in terms of safety, it meets the JWL-T truck standard and RAYS’ own standard JWL+R, and this wheel, which has been forged to the ultimate level as an off-road forged wheel, is packed with the power to attack and run through all roads.
