This is a highly versatile carbon plate with a moderate radius in the longitudinal direction for flexibility, and increased strength in the transverse direction. It can be used to hide tires from being visible from the front, to create negative pressure in the tire house by adding extra to the canade, and to avoid protruding tires. By using infusion molding and epoxy, the product achieves high machinability (in short, ease of processing) that cannot be reproduced with wet carbon, and can be cut with regular metal scissors. There is no need to use a sander, so it is safe even for DIY beginners. It is also possible to punch holes using a document punch (usually Φ6). Another feature is that there is little fuzz on the cut cross section. Product dimensions: 500mm x 125mm. The surface is an epoxy layer similar to dry carbon, so we recommend clear coating for protection. If the overhang dimension is large, please provide reinforcement in a timely manner.
