This is a high-strength version of our versatile carbon plate, designed with a slight curvature along its length for flexibility while offering enhanced rigidity across its width. We have upgraded the specifications for superior strength by increasing the number of layers, raising the thickness from the original 0.5mm to 1.35mm.

It is ideal for applications such as concealing tires from frontal view, creating negative pressure within the wheel well (complementing canards), or addressing issues with tires protruding beyond the bodywork. Manufactured using an infusion molding process with epoxy resin, the material offers excellent machinability—far superior to standard wet carbon—allowing it to be cut easily with ordinary metal shears.

Since there is no need for power tools like angle grinders, even DIY beginners can work with it safely. Holes can also be made using a standard office hole punch (typically 6mm diameter). Another key feature is that the cut edges remain clean and free of fraying. Product dimensions: 500mm x 125mm. As the surface consists of an epoxy layer (similar to dry carbon), we recommend applying a clear coat for protection. Please add appropriate reinforcement if the plate extends significantly from the mounting point.
