FD3S are famous for not being able to shift under heavy G’s. When using genuine factory mounts at the circuit or “other places”, the mounts become noticeably soft due to the heat of the engine. Due to the heat the side to side as well as the up and down movements are slowed down one step when you are on and off the acceleration. If you change to these mounts made from Aluminium the unwanted movement from the factory mounts are controlled and drastically reduced.For Aluminium mounts there are products that move the engine upwards but this mount has been designed to lower the engine mount while not interfering with the factory turbine actuator and engine member. The mount will also not interfere with aftermarket turbo exhaust piping. All together the your cars drivability and car movement will improve.
