About this product: RAYS VOLK RACING G025

RAYS VOLK RACING G025

VOLK RACING’s design aesthetics include lines with a reason” and “shapes with a purpose.” We believe that design is not just for design’s sake, but also the stimulation of the form required for functionality and street cars. It is a form that impresses the viewer, details unique to VOLK RACING, and an emotional shape unique to the G series. In order to realize these, analysis using structural simulations by RAYS Engineering is essential.”
If the same design was made using conventional technology, the spoke width would be 6.5 mm, but with the G025, it has evolved to 5 mm. The spokes are finished like beautiful high heels, and yet they easily accept input values from the latest high-performance cars. This is The Professional Forged.
A dynamic feel born from the ability to make racing wheels 100% in-house. This is because they are made by people who know the limits.
From a design perspective, it looks like a 2×5 design that seems universal, but instead of placing bolt holes between the spokes, they boldly place them in the center of the spokes where stress is concentrated. In addition, weightless holes are placed in two places, next to the bolt holes and at the base of the spokes.
This is the work of the latest 5-axis machining.
The spoke cross-sectional shape, which sets it apart from the G25 and G16, is designed to look sharp and not flat, while responding to the trend of high offset and big brakes. Of course, there are four types of faces, and they are called racing concave.
Above all, the amazingness of this wheel lies in the finish and appearance of the edges of each part, perhaps because it was born for racing. This can also be said to be the work of the G025.
