Manufactured using infusion molding using epoxy resin. The glass part is also integrally molded and carbonized to make it extremely lightweight. On the back side, the minimum back rib necessary for opening and closing the hatch is glued. An M8 nut is embedded in the hinge part. The strength is increased by sandwiching PET honeycomb material in the part that would normally be glass. Unlike paper honeycomb, it has very low water absorption, so it is safe to cut. *Please treat the cut ends as necessary. This makes it easier to open the rear radiator. The weight is approximately 4.5 kg, which is 1/5 of the original (approximately 24 kg). The surface finish is an epoxy layer similar to dry carbon, so we recommend clear coating to protect the surface.
